Open Position: Founding Co-Teacher

Three Chairs Montessori is seeking a driven, passionate, and creative Co-Teacher for our inaugural 2027 school year. In this unique role, you will work side-by-side with our founder as classroom co-teachers, modeling collaboration for our students every day. You will have the opportunity to mold a classroom from the ground up, while doing the heartfelt daily work of preparing a peaceful Montessori environment tailored to each child’s developmental journey.
